G J Nature Care & Energy Limited is an Indian based waste to energy solution provider with excellent local knowledge of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) problems and the conversion of the waste problem into an energy solution for the society and the betterment of our environment. The lead promoters of the projects are born and educated in Kochi city and subsequently worked and gained global exposure from the UK and Europe in past 15 years. The promoters possess an absolute passion for providing a sustainable solution for the ever growing MSW issue in the city.
The objective of GJNCE is to establish internationally proven robust technical solutions to India’s ever growing environmental, waste and hygiene problems. The company strongly believe these sustainable solutions will enable our cities to achieve the desired cleanliness and eliminate the Stray dog, rodent and insect infestation problems. The company will be opening an ever growing technically competent market for Indian citizens through proven western technologies.

The company has experience of delivering technical projects in India. In February 2012, GJ Nature Care were invited to conduct an assessment of the Market Canal area close to the Rainbow Bridge on the Marine Drive walkway in Kochi, Kerala. Investigations showed the canal suffered from many diverse problems. Based on data collected the GJ Nature Care Team developed a remediation test that would enable the City to establish the suitability of the proposed technology solutions. The demonstration and proof of technology have been a great success and attracted significant media interest.

We have a group of associate companies who provide technical, commercial, project management, regulatory and operational expertise throughout the life cycle of a project. Our technical team carry over 200 years of combined experience in waste management and waste to energy projects all over the world. Mr. George - the CEO, a proven leader and a passionate entrepreneur. Mr. George is a lead shareholder and Director of seven successful multimillion companies. A non-resident Indian (NRI) business man and true professional with absolute commitment to his home country and its social welfare.
Originally from Kochi, George lives in Yorkshire, England with his two children and Wife. He earned his bachelors and master’s degree from the University of Madras. He secured the prestigious British Chevening scholarship and completed his advance masters in Biotechnology and Management science from Scotland. He has achieved one of the challenging professional qualifications from the UK named the EU Qualified Personnel (QP).
In the past 22 years Giby successfully proven his skills in a range of Technical, Commercial and Leadership roles globally. In his early years of career in Kerala, He led two large commercial and industrial projects. His career in the UK spanned from R&D leadership role, project management, global technology transfer, manufacturing management and senior board member within large multinationals. He has worked across the globe with an excellent experience within Europe. He performed strategic roles in multiple merger and acquisition projects in the UK spanning 300 to 700 million GBP.
Giby can be a hands-on project Director to a transforming strategic CEO through his proven experience and people management skills. He has an absolute commitment towards social and environmental issues. The consistent advancement of the diverse enterprises and business ventures demonstrates his capability to transfer a successful business concept into a profitable business. His successful director Board, management team and highly motivated operations team demonstrate his capability in identifying the best professionals and his skills in establishing effective business management systems.
He desires to express his obligation to the nation in action rather than words. This passion to his country and the determination to resolve the waste problems within his hometown paved way for the initiation and involvement of Kochi waste to energy project. He has made substantial investment towards Kochi Waste to Energy project.
Stephen John has worked worldwide in the waste treatment and processing industry for over 28 years. He is an industry expert in the field of waste management, specializing in waste water and lake remediation, Solid waste recycling, bio drying of MSW and the production of Waste Derived Fuels. His key skills include Food processing waste remediation and stabilization, Bio-drying of organic streams, Design of large scale water treatment facilities, Biomass and Renewable energy project development, Design of Material handling facilities, W2E fuel reception, storage, feeding systems and Software control systems.
Colin has a total of 30 years’ experience in oil and gas business, with experience in project management, subsea field development, FEED, Concept, technical assurance, detailed design, fabrication and installation of subsea marine systems. A strong background in detailed engineering design and a successful track record of project execution through all phases of development from concept through detailed design, construction to installation. Combined with a proven positive man management and leadership capability to drive a team to achieve results.
A financial specialist with 16 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisition, Strategic Planning, Funding Advisory, Strategic Alliances, Market Entry Strategies, Project Management. Responsible for Corporate Business Development at a NASDAQ listed $900 Million global manufacturing company based in the US. Negotiated M&A, JV and Business Development opportunities globally in US, Germany, Czech Republic, UK, Turkey, China, Brazil and India with $350M+ revenue impact. Led global cross functional teams to develop corporate & divisional strategic plans to double the business in 5 years. Sudeep has a MS in Manufacturing Management (Penn State University USA), MBA in Finance & IT (ICFAI Bangalore) and BE in Mechanical Engineering (Bangalore University).
Sanjeev has over 15 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing and Supplier Development. He has several years of experience in managing Procurement/Sourcing for Large Power Project/Plant notably in Alstom Power, GMR energy etc. He is highly accomplished in implementation of SAP and experienced in implementing two complete SAP cycles. Experienced in implementing Integrated (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) Management System. He has huge exposure to Procurement of Fuel for several power projects and fuel inventory management.
A Renewable Energy specialist with 25 years’ experience in technical assessment, project engineering and project management of renewable & low carbon energy projects with a good knowledge of biomass technology, MSW, C&I, renewable integration into new build and energy from waste.
Since 1990, Graham Jones worked in the treatment and disposal of waste as well as the petrol chemical industry, working for companies such as Von Roll AG and W+E (ABB) AG of Switzerland and at OMV oil refinery in Austria. Duties involved senior management, Project and Site Management, process engineering and the design, Construction and commissioning of EfW (Energy from Waste) plants and oil refineries in Europe and Bermuda. He has worked with all types of EfW processes such as Incineration (grate), Pyrolysis, Gasification, Autoclaving and Combined Heat and Power (CHP) units. Recycling systems such as Material Recycling Facility (MRF), Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plants and conventional steam generating boilers. He spent over 4 years working as a Bid Manager preparing PFI and PPP bid proposal leading a team consisting of financial / legal and technical team members.

MBA from Oxford Brookes University and has a wealth of experience in Product Development, Process Implementation, Project Management & Business Development. Abel has been associated with GSK and GMP Compliance Ltd, UK. Excellent leadership qualities and proficient in problem solving and analytical skills.
Liam has 34 years of experience in Municipal Solid Waste Processing; Recyclables recovery and classification systems design, Bio-drying of organic streams derived from MSW and food waste streams, Design of RDF/SRF production systems, Biomass recovery and Renewable energy project development, Design of biomass crop residue processing equipment to produce biofuels, Bespoke system design for cement Industry and W2E fuel reception, storage and feeding systems, Tyre shredding systems and reprocessing of Tyre crumb for various product streams. Liam has got a wealth of knowledge and experience in the engineering and fuel preparation side of municipal solid waste processing plants and worked around the globe for multinational companies.
